27stars was appointed by Click Wills to develop a major new online consumer will writing service.
Click Wills has been designed to make the will writing process as easy as possible, removing the unnecessary admin and form filling created by traditional web-based will writing services. It guides the user through a series of questions in order to identify the key elements required to complete a legally binding will. On completion, the will can be downloaded as a PDF or delivered as a bound document.
“We were extremely impressed with the track record, technical expertise and project management skills of 27stars,” said David Holloway, managing director at HSC Ltd, designer of the Click Wills service. “Many consumers abandon the process of generating a will online because they are put off by confusing instructions and excessive detail which is not needed for a legally valid document. Our experience in this market has enabled us to design a system which provides maximum flexibility with the minimum impediment to getting a will drafted,” he explained.
