Iolo Williams has lived near Lake Vyrnwy in Powys from the age of five. He was educated at Llanfyllin High School and graduated at London College in Ecology. He is long standing member of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) and makes regular appearances in the media – making a name for himself as a leading expert on Welsh bird life. Since then, he has presented wildlife and open air programmes in English and Welsh on both the BBC and S4C.
