Wireframing

"Not bad, but what happens if we use a bigger button to sell that?". With one sweep, Bill resized the button. "Perfect".

Have you ever tried to explain some really complex facet of your business over the phone to someone? How good are you at visualising the entire sales funnel, and how minor modifications can affect it in even the most subtle ways?

In our experience, there’s too many elements to try and keep everything to do with your business process in our head at once. If you can see something in front of you, you can point at parts that don’t quite fit your vision and outline exactly how you want them to behave.

Before

While we are still detailing exactly how the process behind the application works, you don’t need full colour mock-ups. You need something quick and simple that accurately conveys how the design will function, and that can be changed to reflect your feedback.

After

The wireframe closely resembles the finished design. The difference? The design is the work of hours of careful work, whereas the wireframe is thrown together in a few minutes. Sometimes, we even have a day long meeting with you, where we produce all the wireframes of all the pages.

It’s a lot easier to make the minor changes to make the application perfect for you when all it takes is moving a few sketched elements around a page.

We love using wireframing. It means we can quickly and accurately understand everything you want from the site, and that you can see easily what you will be getting in the finished product.
